For dental practices

When a visitor has no insurance, your website can answer.

The Coverage Concierge is a small assistant that lives on your practice website, in your branding. It matches uninsured visitors to a PPO plan, starts a coverage check for insured ones, and sends every lead to your office.

The demo below is a fictional practice built to show the widget working. Nothing you click sends a real request.

Live demonstration

Meet Capy Cove Dental, a practice that does not exist.

We built a fictional office so you can click through the concierge the way a patient would. Open the widget in the corner. Choose "I don't have insurance" and watch what your visitor sees.

The embedded demo did not load in your browser. Open the demo site in a new tab.

Look for the shield button in the bottom right corner of the demo. That launcher is the entire footprint of the widget on a practice website. Submissions inside the demo are sample data and do not create real requests.

Why the flow works

Built for the visitor who was about to leave.

"Do you take my insurance?" and "I can't afford this without coverage" end most bookings before a call happens. The widget answers both on the page, in under a minute.

01

One email, nothing else

The primary path asks for a single email address. No name, phone, date of birth, or member ID up front. Fewer fields, more completed submissions.

02

The payoff comes first

The visitor sees what the plan covers and what the first visit costs before any field appears. People finish forms when they already know what they get.

03

Your name on the front

The widget carries your practice name and colors. CoverCapy appears once, in small text, as the tool behind it. Every path ends at your office, not a marketplace.

On your side of the desk

Every interaction becomes a lead your front desk can act on.

  • 1The visitor's situation: no insurance, has a plan, or requested a callback.
  • 2The plan they picked or the carrier they named, so eligibility work starts with real information.
  • 3Their email, plus name and phone when they ask for a callback.
  • 4A reference number the patient also sees, so the first phone call starts in the same place.
What we do not say. The widget never calls a premium free. "Free" appears only where it is true: the concierge costs the patient nothing, and first visit reimbursement applies on qualifying plans, labeled that way. Coverage details are confirmed with the carrier and your office before treatment.
What this page is not. CoverCapy is not an insurance carrier or a dental office. The demo shows example plans with example pricing. Plan sets are configured per practice.

Common questions

Before you ask the front desk to look at this.

Is Capy Cove Dental a real dental office?

No. Capy Cove Dental is a demonstration website built by CoverCapy so offices can try the widget on a realistic practice site. It is marked as fictional and kept out of search results.

How does it get on our website?

One embed added to your site. CoverCapy configures your practice name, colors, and featured plan set. There is nothing for your team to install or maintain.

Does this compete with our practice for patients?

No. The widget is branded to your practice, and every path ends with the visitor booking with you or requesting your callback. CoverCapy is credited once, in small text.

What happens to a visitor who already has insurance?

They pick their carrier and leave an email, and a coverage check request routes to your office with the carrier already captured. Your team confirms the exact network with the carrier as usual, with less phone tag at the start.
